Hi, I’m Nelly
…designer, brand whisperer, and long-time servant to one tiny dog, three cats, and one adorably chunky border collie.
I help entrepreneurs create brands that feel like them – clear, confident, and ready to be seen. I work best with neurodiverse founders, makers, and service providers who don’t fit the mould and need a designer who gets that.
I blend strategy, intuition, and a healthy dose of caffeine to bring branding, design, and websites to life.
Based in Christchurch, I work with good humans all over Aotearoa (and beyond).
So… why Tiny Dog?
Tiny Dog Creative is named after Gia – the tiniest dog with the biggest personality. She was my original sidekick, and her bold, scrappy spirit still guides this business. Moxi, her slightly-larger successor, continues the tradition by snoozing through Zoom calls and demanding snacks during brand strategy sessions.
Tiny dogs may be small, but they’re sharp, full of character, and hard to ignore — just like the best small businesses.
And that’s exactly who I design for.
